Plans differ in volume, in how many people they cover and in a few extras for teams. Everything that decides whether a follow-up is sent well — the sending rules, the one-click unsubscribe — is the same on every plan.

Upload a real export, read exactly what would go out, and send your first follow-ups. The trial starts when you sign up, with no card needed.
Starter
For someone chasing the quotes they send themselves. Each quote gets one follow-up email, so 40 a month covers 40 quotes.
Pro
Up to five people signed in to the same quotes, and each follow-up sent as the salesperson who wrote the quote, so the customer hears from someone they already know.
Business
No monthly limit, any number of people and salespeople. We set it up with you and agree the price and terms directly.
Each follow-up email that is actually sent. Every quote you upload gets one follow-up email, so in practice it is the number of quotes you chase a month. Emails still waiting in the queue do not count, and neither does one that is cancelled because the customer replied or unsubscribed first. The month runs from the 1st, in your own time zone.
The queue pauses. Nothing is dropped: the remaining follow-ups wait and go out from the 1st of next month.
A seat is a person who can sign in and work the list. A salesperson is someone follow-ups can go out as: their name on a QFUtool sending address, and replies going to their own inbox. You choose who those salespeople are in Settings; quotes for anyone else go out under your company’s sender name.
You sign up without a card. The trial starts the day you sign up and is free during early access. When it ends, follow-ups are queued rather than sent, so nothing is lost.
